Why do you think that question has any relevance at all? Obviously parents aren’t getting the job done for whatever reason. Society is not getting the job done either.

In Montana our only option is mail-in voting. probably bc it is so much more expensive to have polling place. With covid, the senior citizen volunteers are not volunteering.The government does not fund enough polling locations and staff. A rural state can conduct and election through the USPS at a much lower cost than with thousands of polling centers.
