In Montana our only option is mail-in voting. probably bc it is so much more expensive to have polling place. With covid, the senior citizen volunteers are not volunteering.The government does not fund enough polling locations and staff. A rural state can conduct and election through the USPS at a much lower cost than with thousands of polling centers.
